Clements Primary Academy

About Us

Flying High, Aiming Higher

Clements Primary Academy’s motto is ‘flying high, aiming higher’ and we help all children to achieve their potential in learning, sport, music and the arts.

We are a primary academy, part of the Unity Schools Partnership, for children from 2 to 11 years of age including pupils with Cognition and Learning additional needs, situated at the southern edge of  Haverhill, Suffolk.

Clements School benefits from a light, bright, award winning building that features open-plan activity spaces, a large library and ICT area and a separate food technology room.

Nursery,Reception and our SEND Hub children learn and play together for some of the school day and are very much part of main-school, wearing our school uniform, joining in assemblies and using all the school facilities.

Our children have access to extensive outdoor spaces including two playing fields, a forest area, a wet habitat area and a vegetable garden. The oldest children take on additional responsibilities and work with a number of subject specialists, as they prepare for secondary school.

Pupil voice matters at Clements. We are a unicef Gold Rights Respecting School which means our children are taught about their rights. As a Trauma Informed School we believe that positive relationships are at the heart of our school.

Please do contact us if you would like to visit our school, either by telephone on 01440 702946 or by email to office@clementsprimary.co.uk.

Mrs Bolt, Mrs Price or Mrs Kamara will be happy to deal with any enquiries.
